Global Women Fresh founder, Julie Escobar, along with Carmell Clark and the Center for Transformational Influence are excited to announce their partnership collaboration in their united mission to advance women in the fresh produce sector worldwide.
Carmell’s clients have ranged from Fortune 500 to U.S. Presidential Cabinet, and across sectors including Finance, Tech, Consulting, Fresh Produce, Legal, Health & Wellness, Travel, 50lc3 and international not-for-profits. She’s worked with small business entrepreneurs from business formation and launch through scaling, and has mentored young women entrepreneurs to success in developing countries.
Carmell works with individuals, masterminds, and leads her custom-produced trainings with intimate groups all the way up to large-scale corporate development. In her 25 years of coaching, she’s developed several leadership models that she trains on, a transformational coaching method for long-term behavioral change, a coaching certification, and a 2-year self-actualization curriculum that is available online.
Global Women Fresh is a global network dedicated to empowering and connecting women in the fresh produce and agricultural industries. It provides a platform for professional growth through networking, mentorship, and coaching. GWF focuses on fostering leadership, driving diversity, and promoting the contributions of women in the sector. Its initiatives aim to inspire innovation and support women at all levels, from farmers to executives, in creating sustainable and inclusive agricultural practices worldwide.
In this collaboration with Global Women Fresh, Carmell is bringing this unique training and development for women, including ROI data gathering, to companies in the Fresh Produce sector, Global Women Fresh sponsorship packages include Carmell’s group trainings and targeted coaching to develop leadership capacities and advance women within sponsor organizations.
