As women and as entrepreneurs, we have a unique perspective on our lives and work. We often think we have all the answers. But do we? We also are a pretty independent bunch. I absolutely love this about us, BUT…I know it can also hold us back.
Through that island mentality, we often expect ourselves to have it all figured out, perfect, wrapped up and professional. Though we may intentionally work to stay vulnerable and open in our businesses and our lives, we long for a community of those who understand the same struggles, share the same glorious ambitions and vision.

CRAVING ADVENTURE?
Even if you have that space with a select few at home, each of us can use a fresh pair of eyes (or ten) on our projects and our life. We need the encouragement and belief of others walking a similar path. It’s not weakness or dependence, it’s necessity. Our success and the success of those we help is tied to it.
Over the past several years I have traveled for months while running my business, and somewhat inadvertently created location independence. I’ve had extraordinary adventures, heartbreaking failures, and discovered travel to be an unlikely business muse – a private channel into my creativity, passion, vision and action.
In a nutshell that’s what these Adventurous Self Global Retreats are for; to immerse yourself in the global miasma of travel. Those of us who come together are destined to meet each other, to laugh, get real, share the secret sauce, head out on adventures, and collaborate with hearts and minds on how we will bring our influence to the world better than ever!
